the MYMO2 mobile application and the associated tracking device. By using our services, you agree to the

Terms of Use
By using the MYMO2 mobile application ("the App") and the accompanying tracking device ("the Device"),
you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between
you and PalmLab ("we", "our", or "the Company").
1. Scope of Service
- The App provides vehicle tracking services based on data collected from the Device connected to your
vehicle, and this data is displayed through the user interface within the App.
- The provided services are limited to location tracking and certain alerts. They do not include any
additional guarantees regarding vehicle safety, driver behavior, or network performance.
2. License and Use
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App and the Device for personal purposes
only.
- You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or tamper with the App or Device in any form without
prior written consent from the Company.
- You are fully responsible for your usage of the service and agree not to use it for any illegal
activity or in violation of local regulations.
3. Product and Data Ownership
- All intellectual property rights related to the App, the Device, the user interface, and associated
software are fully owned by PalmLab.
- The data collected from the Device belongs to the user; however, the Company reserves the right to
use such data in anonymized form for development and analytical purposes.
4. Updates and Modifications
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service or these
terms at any time without prior notice, provided the user is informed through the App or via email.
- Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation, especially in cases
beyond our control such as network issues, GPS disruptions, or routine maintenance.
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (including data loss or
operational disruptions) resulting from the use of the App or Device.
- The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
6. Service Period and Support
- The core service is covered for a period of two (2) years from the date of activation.
- Upon expiry, the Company reserves the right to offer paid renewal options.
- Technical support is available during official working days and is limited to issues caused by
manufacturing defects or proper usage.
7. Cancellation or Termination of Service
- The user may cancel the service at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the Device or
any paid fees.
- The Company may terminate the service without prior notice if the Device or App is used in violation
of these terms or applicable laws.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent courts in Riyadh.
